Sengweni Projects Pty Ltd was created in 2016 after the Director decided to put a little bit of a turnaround in the construction field by opening his own company where he could implement the changes in the construction industry. We do not only care about the profits and our clients, but we also care about the well-being of our employees and the health and safety of our environment.

Growth Strategy
The company will obtain subcontracting agreement with the major developers to ensure participation in construction. The aim of these agreements is to enable SENGWENI PROJECTS to participate in several projects with the primary objective of enabling the company to grow substantially. Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) upgrading will also be considered for company growth.
